MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 lg. onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 lg. Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 can taco sauce, hot or mild
1 can chilies, small
1 bag corn tortilla chips

Brown hamburger with onions; drain. Mix next 6 ingredients with hamburger; mix well. Take corn chips and layer of mixture, alternate layers. Grate cheddar cheese on top and bake at 400 degrees, covered for 1 hour.
