MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 chopped onions
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 can mild enchilada sauce
Tortilla chips

Fry hamburger, onions and garlic powder until brown and onions are tender; drain. Add remaining ingredients (you'll need a large pan). Heat until cheese melts. Layer tortilla chips on bottom of a large casserole dish, (9"x13" pan works). Pour hamburger mixture over chips. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
