MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. lean hamburger or ground turkey
1 lb. Velveeta
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
3 (8 oz.) jars mild taco sauce
Corn tortillas

Brown meat; drain well. Combine chilies, taco sauce, and Velveeta in a small saucepan and heat until cheese melts. Add meat. Line a greased 9 x 13 inch pan with tortilla. Top with half of the meat and cheese mixture. Cover with a later of tortilla. Top with remaining meat mixture. Cover with Monterey Jack cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
