MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 can tamales
1 c. cottage cheese
1 can chili with beans
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 bag tortilla chips

Layer in deep bake ware dish in order: Tamales, cottage cheese and chili. Sprinkle cheese on top. Crunch up tortilla chips and sprinkle on cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and tamales are warm.
