BIG BERTHA (MEXICAN CASSEROLE) 
3 bunches green onions, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. corn chips (lg.)
1 lb. hamburger
1 pt. whip cream

Saute onion; add tomatoes. Layer 2 rows corn chips, tomatoes and onions on top then cheese and hamburger. Repeat second time. Pour cream over mixture. (some cream will be leftover). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
