MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 lg. onion
Garlic salt, sm. amount
1 pkg. nacho cheese chips
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel

Brown meat and onion; drain. Mix soups, Rotel and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Add meat and onion to soup mixture in baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
