MEXICAN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. minced onion
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can Spanish rice
1 can Ranch style beans
Cheese

Brown the ground meat and drain off the grease. Add all the other ingredients, stir until everything is mixed well then put in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees until hot and bubbly. You may add your favorite cheese on top and place back in oven to melt the cheese.
