1 c. sugar
1 c. applesauce
1 stick butter

Heat until butter melts. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda and set aside to cool. 1/2 c. raisins, chopped 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Add to cooled sauce and mix well. Bake on greased cookie sheet 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. hot coffee
