APPLE TART 
2 c. yellow cake mix
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 apples, peeled and grated
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
3 tbsp. sugar

Beat cake and butter until mixture resembles course meal. Add nuts and mix well. Pat mixture onto the bottom and sides of an ungreased 10 inch bundt pan with removable bottom. Bake crust in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Place apples over warm crust. Beat together sour cream, egg and sugar. Pour mixture over apples. Return to oven and continue baking for 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 8.
