CHEESE SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 c. cream, whipped Dream Whip or Cool Whip

Bring crushed pineapple and sugar to boil for 2-3 minutes. Then add cream cheese and gelatin. Add when cool, fruit cocktail. Mix all together and fold in a cup of whipped cream. (I use Dream or Cool Whip around 1 cup.) When set decorate to with maraschino cherries halves and chopped nuts.
