CHEESE BISCUITS BEEF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 c. (16 oz.) tomatoes
1 c. (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. hot water
Cheese biscuits
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cook and stir beef and onion until beef is brown, drain. Mix in green pepper, tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and pepper. Blend baking mix and water, stir into beef mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

For cheese biscuits prepare biscuits as directed on biscuit package except add cheese with the baking mix. Pour hot beef mixture into 3 quart casserole. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto beef mixture. Bake about 20 minutes. 5 or 6 servings.
