PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) container non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
12 oz. creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 (9 inch) chocolate wafer crust
Hot chocolate sauce for topping (optional)

Whip cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and whip. Blend in whipped topping, peanut butter, and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes. Pour into pie crust and freeze at least 2 hours.
