ISLAND CHEESE BALL 
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. well-drained crushed pineapple (20 oz. can)
1/4 c. bell pepper, minced
1 green onion, minced
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 c. chopped almonds or pecans

Blend everything. Chill. Can be rolled in 1 cup chopped nuts and served as a cheese log. Surround with crackers and Melba toast.
