PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 to 2 tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix
Crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix cream cheese with Lipton onion soup mix and enough crushed pineapple to blend well. Stir in 1/2 cup pecans. Form ball. Roll in remaining pecans. Refrigerate. Serve with Ritz crackers.
