PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 sm. green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. onion
1 tsp. seasoning salt
2 c. chopped pecans

Mix first five ingredients, along with 1 cup of the pecans. Form into a ball and pat the other cup of nuts on the outside. Refrigerate several hours.
