JELLO MOCHI 
2 pkg. (10 oz.) Mochiko (may use 1 box)
2 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello (strawberry or any flavor)
2 cans soda, same flavor as Jello
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. butter, melted

Combine dry ingredients. Add chilled soda, eggs and butter; mix well. Line pan with waxed paper and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool, cut and roll in Katakuriko.
