CHEESY POTATOES 
1/4 lb. butter
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
Salt and pepper
1 pt. cream
2 c. grated Cheddar

Melt butter in a 10x15 pan. Layer potatoes over this. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour cream over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
