CHILLED LEMON ROLL 
1 c. cake flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs until very light and frosty, add sugar, stir in water and vanilla. Add flour all at one time and beat well. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

Use 1 package lemon pudding mix and prepare according to the directions on box. When cool, fold in 2 cups heavy cream, whipped; spread on roll.
