LINGUICA PORK CHOPS 
10 peeled potatoes
6 pork chops
1 lb. linguica, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
4 tbsp. chopped peppers
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water

Use hot wet kind, red.

Cut potatoes in thin slices. Spread slices of potatoes to cover the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle half of the salt, black pepper, onion salt, granulated garlic, and chopped red peppers over the potatoes. Next lay the pork chops on top of the potatoes.

Pour the water and ketchup evenly over the chops. Spread the sliced linguica over the chops. Spread the remaining spices over the linguica. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake for 15 additional minutes. Enjoy!
