CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken breast, cooked and boned
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pkg. prepared stuffing mix tossed with
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix mayonnaise, soup, curry powder, and lemon juice. In a greased glass dish layer chicken, broccoli, stuffing, and 1/2 of liquid. Repeat with stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
