BARBECUE BITES 
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. distilled vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
3/4 c. sliced onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 2 quart saucepan combine all ingredients except chicken and onions. Cook over medium heat until all flavors are blended, about 10 minutes, stir frequently. Arrange chicken in a highly oiled baking dish (13x9x2). Top with onions and juice mixture. Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 45 minutes. Makes about 180 bite size pieces. Serves 4 to 6 people.
