SPICY OVENFRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2-3 1/2 lb. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter

Combine dry ingredients. Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towel. Dip chicken in milk; coat with cornmeal mixture. Place in shallow baking pan, skin side up. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Serves 4-6.
