PUMPKIN BARS 
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. honey
2 eggs
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mashed pumpkin, cooked
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost when cool if desired.
