WHEAT GERM MUFFINS | |
1 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs, separated 1/2 c. canola oil 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 1 c. wheat germ Beat milk, salt, egg yolks and oil together. Add flour and wheat germ. Fold into this mixture the beaten egg whites. Pour into muffin cups. Fill almost to the top and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
