WHEAT GERM MUFFINS 
1 c. Hodgson Mill wheat germ
4 tbsp. brown sugar or honey
1 egg
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Hodgson Mill whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil

Beat egg well, mix with milk. Add wheat germ. Let stand a minute until some moisture is absorbed. Sift in dry ingredients. Add oil and stir. Fill greased muffin tins about half full. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
