VIRGINIA PEANUT PIE 
1 c. roasted peanuts, chopped
3 lg. eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. butter flavor Crisco

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine egg, sugar, corn syrup, salt, vanilla and butter in bowl. Stir in peanuts and pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Cool.
