HARVEST MOON LEMON DESSERT 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. powdered sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. lemon pudding, instant or make your own
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip

Mix and press into 8 x 11 inch pan flour, butter, and walnuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Whip sugar and cream cheese with a beater. Add 9 ounce Cool Whip and spread over crust, then lemon pudding; then 4 1/2 ounce Cool Whip. Chill for several hours. If you are making your own pudding, chill well before putting on the layer.
