Cream until light and fluffy: 1/2 c. butter 1 c. white sugar Beat in: 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla Sift together: 3 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder Fold dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Alternate with 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk. Beat well after each addition. Chill dough. Roll out on floured board to 1/8 inch thick. Cut with Easter cutters or any other cutters. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool and decorate. |
