STUFFED JALAPENO PEPPERS 
1 lb. fresh peppers-cut lengthwise and take out seeds
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
6 pieces bacon, fried, and crumbled
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs. Stuff peppers with mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

Bake at 300°F for 40-46 minutes.

*You can use canned peppers (2) instead of fresh ones. If you use canned peppers you will need to cook 20-25 minutes only.
