LA EMPANADA 
Lunch meat of choice - 1 lb.
Farmer's cheese - 1 lb.
Pizza dough choice
Butter

Oven at 375 degrees (each oven is a little different).

Roll pizza dough to long thin strip about 15 inches long, 8 inches wide. Start at one end, lay a layer of meat and then roll it over, on top of that put layer of cheese, roll again, continue layers until it is closed like a jelly roll. Pinch all open sides shut. Place on oiled cookie sheet, and brush with butter, bake in oven until dough is golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Remove and slice, serve warm.
