CRUMB CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 box brown sugar
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 egg

Mix first 5 ingredients with your hands until crumbly, then take out 1 cup of mixture. To remaining mixture, add butter and egg. Stir well. Mixture will be slightly lumpy. Pour in greased pan. Sprinkle crumbs over top, then sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
