FRENCH APPLE CRUMB PIE 
6 c. sliced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour

Mix apples, cinnamon, sugar and flour. Gently place apple mixture into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients. Work with fingers until mixture is the texture of crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs over the apples. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 20 to 30 minutes.
