BLUE CHEESE DIP 
12 oz. blue cheese
1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper

While mixing cheeses and seasonings, add vinegar and buttermilk. Blend well, slowly pour in oil. Chill and serve. Good with spicy chicken wings.
