ELIZABETH'S BLUE-CHEESE DIP OR
DRESSING
 
8 oz. blue cheese, crumbed
4 tsp. low-cal sour cream
2 tsp. vinegar
1 shallot, minced
Salt or pepper to taste

Combine first 4 ingredients in blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Season to taste. Chill. Can be used as a dip or salad dressing.
