HEALTHY MUFFINS 
1 c. whole oats
1 c. liquid (milk or juice)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1/4 to 1/2 c. honey
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. fruit and peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350. Soak oats in milk or juice. Cream butter and honey together. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
