MOM'S BANANA BREAD 
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
2 extra large eggs
2 c. all purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sour milk (add 1 tsp. vinegar to milk)
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. walnuts (optional)

Using electric mixer, cream sugar and butter together on medium speed. Add eggs and beat. Stir in flour, alternating with sour milk. Stir in mashed bananas.

Bake at 350°F in 9 1/2 x 5 1/4-inch greased loaf pan for one hour, or until done.
