GREEN CHILI CHICKEN 
Chicken breast (1 per person)
1/2 cube of butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth (broth saved)
1 pt. of sour cream
Green chilies, chopped to taste
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
2 cans of olives
Garlic powder to taste
Chili powder to taste

Poach chicken in microwave for 10 minutes, save broth. Put all the ingredients in a big pot on the stove. Stir and melt until hot. Serve with rice or flour tortillas.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
