ORIENTAL CHICKEN WINGS | |
2 lb. wings with tips 1 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced all-purpose flour (as needed) 1 tsp. ginger powder 1 tbsp. sesame oil 2 tbsp. sesame seeds 4 green onions, chopped oil (for frying) Shake chicken pieces in flour in a paper bag. Store overnight in refrigerator. Fry wings in 1-inch oil until lightly brown. Set aside to cool. Mix soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sesame seeds and onions. Dip wings in sauce and place in cookie sheet. Bake at 325°F until heated through, approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Serve hot as appetizer. Makes 20 to 25 servings. |
