CREME DE MENTHE SAUCE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. white corn syrup

Bring above 3 ingredients to boil.

Add 1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained. Boil 10 minutes, cool and add 1/4 cup Creme de Menth (green). Good sauce for ice cream.
