SWISS CHEESE QUICHE 
1 (10 inch) pastry shell
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. milk
Pepper
Nutmeg

Spread 1 cup cheese in bottom of shell. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings, pour into shell. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake in preheated to 450 degree oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until knife comes clean.
