1 box chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and melted butter and press into a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Top with pecans and chocolate chips. Mix confectioners sugar, remaining 2 eggs and cream cheese. Pour over cake mix base.

Bake at 350°F until bubbly and golden, about 45 minutes. When cool, cut into squares.
