PEPPERONI PIE | |
4 oz. Muenster cheese, shredded 3/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 egg, beaten 1 c. milk 1 1/4 c. pepperoni slices 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Cut pepperoni slices into 9 pieces from each slice. 3. Mix 1/2 of the cheese and all other ingredients. Put into greased 9 inch square pan and bake for 30 minutes. 4. Add rest of cheese and bake for 2 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Cool slightly before cutting into finger-sized pieces. |
