BETH'S BATTER BREAD 
Great substitute for cornbread!

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
approx. 2 cups milk (until cake batter consistency)

Mix together dry ingredients, then add eggs, oil and milk.

Bake at 400°F in a greased cake pan until golden.
