FRUIT CRISP 
5 c. prepared fruit
1 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter

Arrange prepared fruit in a 7 x 11 inch (2 L) baking dish. Combine sugar, oats, flour and seasonings with butter until crumbly. Spread mixture over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
