PUMPKIN CRUNCH 
16 oz. can pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ginger, cloves)
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix and pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1 box Duncan Hines yellow or yellow butter cake mix. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Pour 1 cup melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
