SPANISH COFFEE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon and oil. Mix and take out 3/4 cup crumb mixture; set aside. Add chopped nuts and cinnamon to 3/4 cup crumb mixture. Add buttermilk, egg, baking soda and baking powder to flour mixture.
