WHIPPED POTATOES 
8-10 med. potatoes
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
Garlic butter
Butter

Cook potatoes until tender. Beat cream cheese and sour cream until well blended. Add hot potatoes gradually, beating constantly until high and fluffy. Add a little milk if necessary and season with garlic powder to taste. Put in 2-quart casserole. Brush with melted butter pats. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
