TOPPING FOR COFFEE CAKE 
1ST:

1 1/2 c. cream or use half and half
1 1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon

2ND:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2/3 c. flour
Cinnamon

1ST RECIPE: Boil cream then add sugar and cook until thickening, set aside to cool. When coffee cakes are ready to bake make dents in and fill with the cream and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake. Raisins can be added.

2ND RECIPE: Mix all ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of raised coffee cake and bake.
