SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE WITH
TOPPING
 
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pinch salt

Cream sugar, butter and eggs until smooth. Add carefully, sour cream and vanilla. Add sifted flour, salt and baking powder. Grease and flour tubular 10" pan. Pour in half of batter and sprinkle with 1/2 of topping. Then add rest of batter and sprinkle on all of the topping left. Bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree preheated oven.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together all ingredients.
