THE "100" COOKIES | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. packed brown sugar 1 c. softened butter 1 c. vegetable oil 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. crisp puffed rice cereal 1 c. flaked coconut 1 c. quick oats 3/4 tsp. salt 3 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1. Mix sugar, brown sugar, butter, oil, egg, vanilla, rice cereal, coconut and oats. 2. Sift: salt, flour baking soda, and cream of tartar. Add to sugar mixture and mix well. 3. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. |
